15-Day Exchange For Defective Products:
American Motto will exchange any unit within 15 days for manufacturer's defects.
15-Day Customer Dissatisfaction Return Policy:
American Motto will accept as a return any unwashed apparel or undamaged accessory item within 15 days if the customer is dissatisfied. Additional fees may be necessary if not returned properly (see below).
This applies to the following or similar issues:
- Customer doesn't like the product.
- Customer requests a different color or size.
- Just feels like it.
All items must be returned in NEW condition, with all papers, documents, packaging, boxes, etc. Customers returning items not in NEW condition will be subject to charges for replacing packaging, etc… or the item will not be accepted as a return at our discretion.
All Returns require an authorization number. Please note that RNA # does not guarantee final disposition. For an RNA number (Return Number Authorization) on returns please send us an email
here to request a RNA number to be issued by for your return. In your email, please
mention your name, order number and the reason for your return. All returns are subject to inspection. Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material and tape securely. Write the RNA# issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton.
You are responsible for return shipping charges to American Motto.
